"I had the worst experience ever at this shop. I took my car to be repaired and when I got it back, my glove compartment was broken (which was not broken before I took it there). Also someone had the nerve to eat in my car and leave a wrapper in my passenger side door. Then when I informed the repair guy of the issues, he became very unprofessional and rude which was totally unacceptable. He had the nerve to blame the broken compartment on ME (HOW DARE HE)!! I will NEVER EVER return to this place, as I paid him good money to fix one thing, but he gave me my car back with something else wrong. UNPROFESSIONAL!! When you take your vehicle to someone, it should be returned in the same condition once it has been fixed, not with a whole different issue. He also needs to learn customer service. Instead of being rude, he should have stopped to hear my concerns and worked with me to get to a resolution, but he did not. TERRIBLE SHOP I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. SHAME ON HIM!!"
"These guys are awesome Perry Street Auto will take good care of you how do I know because they took good care of me. They fix my vehicle in a good amount of time. They even shuttled me where I had to go once I drop my vehicle off to them and pick me up once they was done. George and his crew was the best. P.S they will not over charge you on the work that they do."
