"They charged me thousands of dollars and gave me back my car with the exact same problem that it had when I brought it to them. They told me to take it to a dealership to fix it. Which is what they should have said to do in the first place. I had lost wages from work and was stranded many times. They didn't care. All they wanted was my money, for a car that I can't even drive!"

"Owner is violent and got physical with my father in law. Work done very poorly and than expects customers to pay for their mistake. No thank you. Owner needs anger management classes. Do not go here unless you want to piss away money at every turn! They hold your keys for ransom until you pay! Police involved each time we had to deal with them. All around service was terrible. "I want to thank the team at Pilgrim Auto. I was traveling and visiting family in Michigan and ready to return to Tennessee when I found a screw in my tire on a Saturday morning. I went to Belle Tire first, (Don't bother), they wouldn't offer any help, and told me it would be a few days to get a tire. The owner at Pilgrim greeted me, I explained my issue and he quickly told me he could help. He found a tire that would match my existing ones, personally took off my old tire, had his team replace it and put it on. I was out of there within 30 minutes.
