All the office staff are so sweet! They make sure that all your needs/requests are met. They’re also so accommodating to your schedule and I have to mention how funny they are while also maintaining professionalism, I can go on and on. I had my braces done and Dr. Meroueh continues to show me why she is so good at what she does! I’ve only seen great progress on my teeth in general. "A very, very bad clinic, and I do not know where to start..from the negligent receptionist who received me while she was holding the phone and was busy watching a clip on it, and she did not even bother to look at my face, or from the very old method of dealing with papers in the pre-modern era and the do-it-yourself system and take the registration plate. the bad manners in responding to the question about the appointment and waiting for two or three hours even though you took an appointment a month before attending... A clinic that makes you feel that they are the ones paying you for enduring this rude. There is no respect for anyone. Neither the profession nor the work nor the patient or time... ."

"The reception in this clinic does not know the meaning of respect or professionalism at work. The receptionist is an old woman alone sitting behind the desk and asking patients to do everything themselves while watching a video in her phone.. The big problem is that they are not punctual to the appointments that patients book.. Rather, they enter patients to the doctor according to their personal relationship with this employee."
