"Dr. Sana was so incredibly patient and kind with my 15 month old son! She made his first dental visit so enjoyable and sweet. She provided us with education for how to provide him with the best oral hygiene at home in a very loving way! I really appreciated the hygienist providing toys for my son while we waited and for making us feel so welcome! An absolutely incredible establishment! Can’t wait for his next visit in 6 months!"

My sons hygienist was wonderful and patient and his doctor was patient, informative & very kind as well ! We had an emergency situation and I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful with the how they handled the situation. "Just because this place is clean doesn't mean anything about their treatment and customer service! It's a joke. Dentist great. Front office is the problem I should have been more specific about that. Front staff is your first impression though. I had more then one not favorable impression."

"I have to say, the front desk ladies were amazing, and so were some of the workers there. They were very welcoming and good with my child. However, I am concerned with the explanation of their procedures. I am also very concerned with the description of the drug they told me they use during the procedure. I was told that during the procedure, if my child became upset, which the drug they use seems like it could cause this, they would not try to calm them down, because there is no reasoning with them because they have the drug in their system and would forget, also they would be difficult to reason with. They just try to finish as quickly as possible. I know that everyone has their own system, and the one other thing I can say is I deeply appreciate their honesty. It just wasn't for my child and me. This may just be this particular dentist that works there, so just do your research. She was very nice, our visit was great until that point. Ask questions, and make sure you are comfortable."
