"Today Tuesday September 24, 2019 I had an Appointment @ 9:30am for my son & I. Our visit was mainly for my son to get another cap put on his tooth which came/broke off that the Dentist had initially put on. Today we were running late because of public transportation. I called and said we were running late not knowing that the Doctor was not on schedule. However the receptionist said if your not able to make it by 9:45am you'll have to reschedule. So I ordered a LYFT to get there which cost me 14.43. After waiting in the lobby for over a hour he cleaned my son & I teeth but did not fix his tooth. What a DISAPPOINTMENT.... My son did not go to School today because of his appointment. I paid to get to his appointment before the 15 minute grace period was up and the Dentist DISRESPECTED us like that but he made money off our teeth cleaning. I'LL NEVER RETURN NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE"
