"I went to Dr. Krawiec senior as a new patient. He was very bubbly and kept insulting me from the moment he looked into my mouth. He said it was my fault that my teeth were that bad because I clenched and grinded continuously. According to him, the reason I had such a masculine face was that I had flat and masculine teeth due to the grinding. Women have usually rounded and soft looking teeth and mine were unflattering. Then he said the right side of face was "caved in". And continued to say how my teeth looked older than me. At that point I had to laugh. The quiet dental hygienist just stared at me and I coyly s tell that she must have been uncomfortable too. I felt pretty humiliated and left the office quite down. I'm a 40 year old woman and people often say I look young for my age. I also typically don't get called ugly. However, after the rant from Dr. Krawiec I definitely didn't feel great. I'm sorry to say that, but he should probably retire at some point. He seemed incoherent. I'll never step a foot into that office again."
