"Today is 10/26/2023. Since Dr, Zerzos has retired the dential practice and the family freindly enviorment no long exist. I highly recomend that ALL find a new DDS. The office staff is rude and treat their patients like an ATM. Tim Steimel is extremely unprofessional, has a lack of knowledge about his practice, doesn't show any interest in his patients and is a complete money hungry scammer. Also he shows no accountablity for his wrong decision making. If you have a question about any procedures that he my offer you, he will not hesitate to advise you not to return or you should find another dentist."
"Ever since Dr Zervos retired the practice went down hill. Since it was sold and now is a Corporate chain office all they care about is money . I over heard the staff talking about how poorly they were being treated by their big boss Jordan and how horrible he was to them .It is now ran more like a clinic rather than than the family practice that was once established by Dr. Zervos. Having these type of money hungry people take over this beautiful office and ruin what took many years to build it s such a shame"
"After years of terrible dental hygiene, diet and smoking stacked with bad genetics. I was extremely embarrassed and nervous to go to the dentist, after 12ish years of not going at all. (Being only 27 years old) I spent time picking away at my unhealthy habits and developing healthy routines til I got to the point I was ready for a new smile and knew I would take care of it. I know blah blah blah. There is alot of people like me who are too embarrassed or anxious about someone focusing on your biggest insecurity. The staff were amazing, kind and I never felt judged. They made it a point to try as hard as possible to save teeth,not just rip them all out and give you dentures like many other practices lf you're like me,this is your place. And just remember it's not how you got here, it's about what can be done to fix it. I'm excited to see my plan through and i hope you take a chance on this team too!"
