"Some of the nicest appliances I have seen I wasn’t sure at first I was in a refurbished store I had to literally ask. Tons of stainless no dings or dents. All clean inside and out like new extremely impressive. Been to many stores most look wore down this store is great. Happy with my 4 items"

"We bought around middle of October and it lasted a couple weeks before we noticed ice building on the back wall and it blocked the lower part from getting cold. After a bit we had consumers energy program to come take a look at it and found out the defrost system went bad and to them it wasnt worth fixing. So we got a hold of the store to see if there anything that can be done. But since it was out side of the 30 days by 5 days they would charge us over 200 to fix it. They did say they would honor the warranty and swap fridges for us. Now another week running around (the Employees not picking up and im pretty sure unplugged the phone after a while, and they lie saying they call you but your phone on full volume on you all day and checking phone log and they didnt) you agree on two fridges just incase they cant find drawers to the one you really want and say they will deliver it Wednesday so you cancled your doctor appointment to be there. They never contact you that day and you call next day they say they will deliver it that day Then they deliver a broken moldy one that you never looked at."
