"Great service and great staff! I really just wish they had quoted me the time properly, I called ahead and then waited 2 1/2 hours instead of the hour to hour and a half I was quoted when I got there and was late to work. They did their best for what they were able to, and there were quite a few people in line….. but the tires were prepaid! Although I should’ve told them I had to be to work, I just accepted the quoted time and waited there, and they did help me out with borrowing a block for my phone charger so my phone didn’t die, therefore, 4 stars."

"Trying to buy a set of winter tires here was hands-down the single worst automotive transaction experience I've ever had. While many of the issues that occurred were usual and understandable, how they handled them absolutely was not, and in fact made everything significantly worse. The tires had to be ordered, and the expected lead time was about a week. No problem there, that's normal. However, I didn't get a call after that week. Two weeks after I placed the order, I called them to inquire as to the status, and they said that the tires had arrived and they'd neglected to call me. Annoying, but not altogether unusual. The next day, I bring my car in to have the new tires mounted. Two hours later (an hour longer than expected), I'm handed the keys and told it's good to go. Imagine my surprise, then, when my car *still has its original tires mounted.* Naturally, I go back in and ask whats going on, and they say that they don't actually have my tires (despite yesterday's call where they said they did), something they could've told me immediately when I'd gotten there, rather than wasting two hours of my time for no reason. The real kicker: they had already taken my money for the tires and the service of installing them. They were fully ready to take my money and smile as I drove away with quite literally nothing in return for it, and they would have if I hadn't been the one to go in and address it myself. It makes me wonder how many other poor customers they may have taken advantage of like this, is they didn't know better to check for themselves. They did refund my money, but rest assured I won't be shopping at this or any other Discount Tire location again, and I can't recommend anyone else do either. And in a special irony, they have a sign up in the lobby that goes on about "integrity." I couldn't write a funnier joke than that if I tried. Buyer beware, stay far away."

"I have to give Steve and his crew props for being so sincere and professional. I had a major tire leak so my tire needed to be replaced expeditiously. Steve went out of his way to call my tire insurer during the end of the day. He went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company would pay for the tire so I wouldn't have to. It was a HUGE blessing! Fortunately, my tire arrived within two days. I am grateful for the service and Steve's crew made sure all of my tires were checked. I'm grateful for my tire insurer yet I'm grateful for this Discount Tire location as well! I wish them much success!"

"Andrew was friendly and approachable. He was able to get my harder to find tires in stock quickly. Installation took under an hour during a fairly busy day. I will definitely be back for my rotations and when it comes time to order more tires."
