"HIGHLY recommend!! I could write a novel about the great experience I had with them but I’ll just say that they were incredibly fast, thorough and honest! They did a wonderful job communicating the issues and fixing them. The car has not driven right since we bought it from a used lot over a year ago and the used lots attempts to address the issues never resulted in satisfaction. "Decent price, but I brought my car in for front suspension work that would require an alignment. Rory didn't tell me that he couldn't do an alignment because he doesn't have the machine for it until after the repairs were done. I had a family emergency and had to drive that way for two weeks fir long distances. When I brought my car into the next mechanic for the alignment, they said that it was so bad that they almost had to adjust the tie rod ends themselves before they could even use the alignment machine. Rory apparently made no attempt to align my tires whatsoever which probably has caused significant wear on my tires. He also charged me about $150 than his estimate, his reasoning was that he "saved me a lot of money." He did not provide a receipt indicating parts/ labor. 3 stars"
