"Went for a check up everything went fine. 5 months later they said I had 7 cavities (diffent dentist). Went to new location 2 weeks later that dentist said I had 1 cavity. The place will make suff up to get money out of insurance. Would not recommend."
"When I called their office yesterday, I had low expectations as to how quickly I could get in for an exam until the receptionist/assistant happily told me they had an opening for the next day at 2PM (Today.) I was relieved because most of the dental offices I called prior were booking for 1-2 weeks out and I just couldn't wait that long. That deserves 5 *'s in and of itself, honestly. Nonetheless, I showed up today for the exam and I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently I was checked in, given forms to fill out, and even conversed with the friendly woman at the desk like we were old friends. That's what I love about this office; everybody I talked to was friendly and helpful right down to the hygienist who performed my cleaning. She was amazing and honestly we had a quite personal conversation about some things we both shared and it was REFRESHING! People these days don't care about others, and this office truly does care. I came in for some severe tooth pain that was almost unbearable. Even though I was in pain and had multiple things that needed a look, the hygienist offered to forego the cleaning and only do the exam, and she weighed and explained both options out for me and let me decide what I wanted to do. I reluctantly agreed to have the cleaning, and she was as careful and attentive as she possibly could as to not cause me any pain. She really knew what she was doing, and was confident in it. Unfortunately, my tooth was beyond saving and I had to have it extracted. Guess what? The doctor told me he could get it taken care of right away and get me out of pain immediately without having to come back on a different day. How AWESOME that was I can't even begin to express correctly. Before and during my extraction, the doctors assistant was trying to calm my nerves, as I was extremely nervous (so much that I was visibly shaking) because I'd never had a tooth pulled before & I didn't know what to expect from it. While the doctor was working on the tooth, she had her hand on my arm/shoulder continuously reassuring me and comforting me that it was all good and I was okay (not afraid to admit that I am 25 and was still terrified of the procedure.) She singlehandedly got me to relax and feel more at ease. I love that woman for how she treated me and what she did. If you're looking for a new dentist I HIGHLY recommend Willow Wood Dental Services for all your needs. If I could give more than 5 stars, they would be there. Thank you ALL so much for what you did this afternoon, it will not go unnoticed."
"Courteous, friendly staff. Use e-mail and text to keep you informed and updated. My dentist, Dr. Rubin, is the same dentist I've had for over 20+ years and I'm always satisfied with him. Only negative is trying to find the entrance door to the office (need better identification of the door). Other than that, everything waa fine. Technician who did my temporary crown was excellent. She was courteous, friendly and efficient. 08/05/2020 Despite nearly a three hour procedure, Dr.B and Tina were friendly, courteous, patient and professional. They were frequently concerned about my comfort and pain potential. The procedure performed today was not simple, but they made it increasingly tolerable."
"The folks I came in contact with were all very professional and considerate. The receptionist Wendy was very nice and personable. Dr. Rubin was very kind considerate and thorough and I appreciate his hard work and solving my problem. I have no dental insurance so I was a cash paying patients and they did their very best and was very considerate in the cost and I greatly appreciate that. If I ever have any other trouble I will definitely return and I will definitely refer"
