"This was my first visit and they deserve 5 stars. Everyone there is friendly and patient. I needed a crown for a broken tooth and it was a good experience. Dr Goli did xrays and a thorough exam to determine that the tooth was suitable for a crown. She made the crown while I waited and it's a perfect fit and looks nice. It is by far the best experience I've had getting a crown. Luckily, dentistry has come a long way. I highly recommend Dr Goli."

"I really did not get a good feeling from this place. Front desk really made me feel like they only care about my money. I needed to reschedule an appointment the next day due to a family emergency and was charged with a $150 late cancellation fee. The front desk worker didn't even know the amount I would be charged. There didn't seem to be a standard fee amount. She needed to check with the doctor what an appropriate amount to take from me would be. There was a lack of empathy with the front desk. The woman I spoke to had a very cheerful disposition when taking my credit card info and $150 from me. No sympathy or understanding on her end but she expected me to be understanding of the sizable fee that is not well communicated. So...I'm going to find a dentist with a more reasonable cancellation fee/policy. Or one that is very clear in appointment reminders/communications about the existence and size of cancellation fees."

"Marcus is the best hygienist that I have ever been to in my life! He is very thorough and goes into great detail. He doesn't leave me in the dark and tells me everything before doing it. Every time after Marcus cleans my teeth, they feel like a million bucks. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He is very knowledgeable and has got me on the right track to keeping my oral health. Thank you sir!"

"Been going there for years, got a routine cleaning. I gave them new insurance info. Weeks after the cleaning I got a bill for $81, turns out they are out of network. I thought they are supposed to tell you if you’re out of network. The dental hygienist turn over rate seems high there, the dentist was doing my cleaning. They didn’t want to budge on the cost of cleaning even thou they should have asked about the insurance when checking in. I’ll have a new job in a month, if they take my insurance I will definitely not be back there."
