"My mother had a horrible experience with Dr. Wadie. She is one of the most unprofessional Dentists I have ever encountered and her office is very unorganized. My mother needed crowns on most of her teeth, which required multiple submissions to the insurance for approval. The first crowns were approved and done by Dr. K. She was very thorough and specifically asked the shade my mom wanted the crowns to be. Overall my mom was happy with those crowns. The next set of crowns was her front bottom teeth. The assistant came in and measured for the crowns but did NOT ask what shade she wanted. Three hours later, Dr. Wadie placed her crowns. When she showed her the teeth my mother said she was happy with the shape, but NOT the color. Dr Wadie’s exact words were, “why? they match your teeth and they’re better than what you had.” The next set of teeth that were approved were her front top teeth. Once again, she was not asked about the shade of the crowns. They were placed and she went home. My mom is not a confrontational person so after a couple of weeks, multiple people asked why she has yellow teeth, so she reached out to Dr. Wadie about how unhappy she was and asked if there was anything she could do since the dental assistant never asked her what shade she wanted her front teeth to be. Dr. Wadie asked that we make an appointment to discuss in person so we did. But when we showed up to the office at our scheduled appointment and were sent away by her dental assistant because she was “too busy.” A few weeks later, we received a letter in the mail, claiming that my mom left the office very happy and satisfied and she approved the shade of all the crowns during a procedure visit, and she is reaching out to the office because she changed her mind about the shade, which is a complete LIE! As a medical professional, your job is to please your patient. Dr. Wadie is rude and her practice is extremely unprofessional. I would strongly urge against her practice. You will have nothing but problems."

"I had a really bad experience with Dr Wadie. I went with severe tooth ache of my left 2nd molar. She drilled and cleaned it up and said I don’t need a root canal and they put a crown hurriedly without explaining much to me. I started having more severe tooth ache and then they cut the crown and tried to do the root canal but couldn’t do it. Then they referred me to Endodontist. Now the Endodontist is telling they might not be able to save the tooth and I might need an implant. I am very frustrated with their management. I am an Oncologist in India and my brother is a Dentist in India. I never expected this sort of experience. I was charged for the crown which they cut. I am still in pain and it’s going to cost me a bomb now. Really horrible experience."

"Best Dentist I’ve been to. I was in a lot of pain over the weekend and they were quick to get me in Monday morning! Very nervous but Dr K was extremely helpful and very calming had a root canal & was very satisfied. I recommend this office to anyone who’s nervous about dentist like me."

"Absolutely horrible! Booked an appt x6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE for tooth extraction & was told the day I arrived that THEY DON'T extract teeth! They were VERY happy to take the insurance $$$ for the appointment & give me a referral to another dentist who wanted to do a 1st appt consultation x3 weeks later (then extraction on a 2nd appt)! Unbelievable! This is something that should of been told to me OVER THE PHONE, NOT in person, so I could of scheduled with a different dentist. If you need a tooth extraction don't bother going here... I promise it's a waste of time... And do expect they will schedule you just to tell you that in person!"

"My experience with this dental office has been less than stellar. I have been trying to get services for my daughter to have a crown installed and I had to constantly call every single day to see if they submitted the authorization to my insurance company two weeks later still no answer. I called my insurance company they never received a claim. In addition to that they try to charge you over and above what your insurance is willing to pay to which they are contracted with your dental insurance. I have a 20% co-pay but was told that I would have to pay above the 20% and after repeated questions as to how much I would still be responsible above my 20% and never got a straight answer. I also had a bad experience when I took my son in there to have his teeth clean and he needed braces and they kept trying to pressure me to get the Invisalign . I was told my son needed Invisalign x-ray and wasn’t told until after the x-ray was done that there was gonna be $150 charge for the x-ray. Later I found out that my insurance does not cover Invisalign which means that the $150 Invisalign x-ray was useless . This office is extremely on organized you won’t know until after you get services rendered what your real bill will be."
