"Dr. Askira gloves had a foul odor. I've never experienced that before with a dentist. While the hygienist was wonderful, Dr. Askira made me feel very uncomfortable. She was uptight, unfriendly and as well as painful. There was several costly recommendations and cosmetic recommendations that didn't make sense. Such as Orthodontist straightening then veneers. I'm going to get a second opinion and unfortunately won't be coming back."

"I started the services of this place in 2021. They promised me teeth alignment with Invisalign for $3000 (discounted price for new customers) out of pocket. Later, they used a different company Smile and said it would take 12-15 months of treatment, with an ocular guard included in the initial payment. This was all part of a written contract. Instead, they ended my treatment within 10 months. Also, after paying the full amount, they used my insurance as well. For the aftercare process, they gave me faulty ocular guards and instructed me to wear them only at night; slowly I noticed my teeth were shifting back into their original spaces and creating gaps between my teeth. I contacted them again to tell them of my issue and they told me to come in to see my teeth and do some scans, but since that visitation, I have not heard from them and have called multiple times. After waiting for the past few weeks for some type of answer, which I didn't get, I feel obligated to tell others that this establishment does not care for its customers and has wasted a lot of my time, money, and effort. I am so disappointed! It's frustrating that people who are supposed to provide help only end up taking advantage of people like me. This establishment should take into regards about their customers' issues and fix them appropriately. They are unprofessional and every single person I have interacted with is less than helpful. Even the owner has me running around in circles waiting for him to get back to me. This is an absolutely horrific place, please do not go here! ***The problem is currently being addressed. The manager has reached out to me and the staff at Comfort Dental Spa has put me back on another treatment regimen that will take another 4 more months."

"I came here for a second opinion for a root canal. Was able to have the procedure same day, all the employees were very kind with me. They did a great job with the procedure. I would recommend them again!"
