"i got my wisdom teeth extracted today, i enjoyed Dr. Aaron Ruskin and Ursula very very much. there was another assistant but unfortunately i was out of it and didn’t catch her name. i am terrified of IV’s, i was more scared for that than the surgery, and they eased my nerves, distracted me while it was going in and worked with my preferences and just were very kind to me. the procedure was fast and the communication was great. Thank you both for being so kind to me."

"Unethical billing practice, pushy dentist attitude. I got referred here to do evaluation for wisdom teeth extraction after visiting my primary dentist, was not told there would be any significant charges beyond copay. I was surprised by a 360 x ray charge of ~90$. Called here to dispute and the first person told me they didn't know my x-ray stipend was used already by my primary dentist, so the 360 imaging will come out of pocket. Ok, I asked for smaller bill given they made error in estimating my cost, was told they'll have accounting call me soon. While waiting for their call (few weeks) I got bills which I ignored. Called again a month or 2 later and they completely forgot about the call back request and would not consider reducing the bill, stating had I called earlier they might have considered a lower charge! The audacity! I ended up paying the bill plus late fees for their mistake just to end this unpleasant matter. The dentist wouldn't even give me an estimate of the cost for wisdom teeth extraction saying it's too much work to do so unless I can commit to the work, I don't even know if I needed the procedure. He said he had plenty of other people lined up willing to do the work. Be smart, avoid this place, take your hard earned money somewhere else where you'll be respected."
