"Just had my wisdom teeth extraction. The oral surgeon explained procedure clearly and performed the surgery painlessly and efficiently. Both the surgeon and assistant took good care of me during the visit. They were very patient and cared about how I felt. Every staff in the office were very friendly. Highly recommend this dental studio."

"Very rude front desk staff. Did not call and let us know our appointment was cancelled this afternoon, because she was upset that we didn’t respond to the reminder texts. I guess their policy is that they assume you’re not coming if you don’t call them back? Good luck with that policy, in the age of text messages…most people don’t have a conversation with their doctor or dentist’s staff prior to the appointment. We work full-time, have never no showed, have been seeing Dr. Sona the previous owner for over a year (who I highly recommend!) and they didn’t have the courtesy to let us know our appointment for a 3 year old was last-minute cancelled. We will not be returning, so that’s five patients from our family they lost due to the front desk’s rude manner. I’d look elsewhere honestly for a kind and professional family dental practice."

"There's a lot I can say about Dr. Sam and their staff:. a) I went there for a tooth that was bugging me. Dr. Sam not only went above and beyond to accommodate to my schedule (which was a madness), but he was extremely thorough in making sure my tooth was fixed correctly. b) He also was able to fix a prior crown that needed rework in again a crazy schedule. c) Him and his staff are extremely personable and professional. d) His and his staff attention to cleanliness was above and beyond. More than once I saw one of her staff members disinfecting the xray machine or xray vest anytime they used it on me. e) My wife has extreme phobia on dentists. Not only Dr. Sam and his staff took account of this and figured out how to work with her phobia, but made sure the work she required was done as expected the first time. f) My wife's schedule is crazy as well. Dr. Sam and his staff ran the extra mile to make sure my wife was able to get the work she needed in the time frame she needed this to happen. For this, I highly recommend Dr. Sam. He's a great dentist, and his team certainly knows what is to provide a great customer experience. His practice is definitely an example of high professionalism and a very strict and high standard of excellence. Dr. Sam by far is one, if not, the best dentist I've ever had. To this,"
