"Been a loyal patient of Dr Rote’s through multiple dental issues for 20+ years. Sadly, our relationship ends abruptly due to lack of compassion that I travel 50+ miles for my appt(s). Too bad. Now, I’ll be reading reviews for a new dentist as I search for someone closer to me. What a waste of my day, time, and gas. Sad state of affairs. Thought maybe my loyalty could override my tardiness and with a little understanding that I drive 1&1/2hr for my appt. Cannot imagine how new patients are treated these days? Am missing the good ole days where the office had friendly faces greeting you when you walk in the doors. Maybe time to retire? Happy fishing Dr Rote. Sad day- good bye."
