"I was referred here to get my wisdom teeth out, the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. As I walked in I knew things weren’t going to go right. The receptionist was friendly at first. But as I got into my room and waited a half and hour for the dr to arrive, as I waited they numb my mouth up and I felt the medicine going down my throat, there was no one in site and I was freaking out because I’m by myself for one, this is my first surgery I ever had you would think someone would be nurturing and making sure you felt comfortable. It was quite the opposite experience. There were at least 5 people in this small room watching him pull my teeth out so I definitely felt like all eyes were on me, very uncomfortable. The top teeth were very easy. But my bottom one was impacted so he saw down the tooth down a bit and was really working at that tooth for 15 minutes. In that time I started to cry because of the pain I felt him nudging and fighting to get this tooth out. I cannot make this up, Dr Daher looks at me and says. “If you’re going to cry I’m not going to continue this surgery.” Be professional and have some sense of compassion because it was nerve racking even walking into a facility with no clue what to expect. After he was done they rushed me out of there, he tried talking to me like I can communicate after pulling my teeth out, I’m numbed and in pain, so I can’t talk. The front receptionist were laughing talking about myself and how I cried, they made a dentist a traumatizing experience and I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone. Absolutely disgusting the way they treated me. Also went home with gauze, but no ice pack or paperwork to treat myself at home, no medications or anything."
