"My ex wife forgot to take my son to his dental appointment and Dupuis Dental kicked me off their client list. The left me with totally no dental care because of my ex wife! These people are some real fruit loops. I would recommend to go elsewhere for dental care or you just may find yourself without a doctor because someone else didn't make it to their appointment!"

"I had been a Dupias Dental patient for more than 10 years and was very satisfied patient as I thought I had a relationship with them however I missed one appointment as some how I showed up 30 minutes late to my appointment. I was told that Dr. Dupias wants me to take my business away as I missed 2 appointments and they have to pay the hyginist by hours. I asked them about when was the first missed appointment and they told me during COVID time I rescheduled my appointment. Apparently they hate any rescheduled appointments and consider as ' No show' . The receptionist was blunt and no consideration for re-scheduling. It is all about business and you are a just any customer. So be careful if you have to reschedule or somehow miss your appointment at this offices as they will not hesitate to just ask you to leave."

"I had an excellent experience at Dupuis Dental. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Dupuis was thorough. The receptionists were helpful with scheduling and insurance matters. Overall, a top-notch dental practice that I would highly recommend for quality care."

"0 Stars. I paid for a partial and it was great. They told me if I had any issues with it to give them a call. Well, it broke after less than about a month and half and I called them to have it fixed. I asked if I could make an appointment and even though I paid for the partial and all work completed in full. They told me I would have to pay $2,000 for the upcoming work I didn't even have scheduled. I had already cancelled those appointments prior to the partial breaking due to pay cuts at my job. What type of dentist office doesn't provide services on work paid for by the client and demands money for services not even scheduled? This place does, awful customer service and I should have known better with the bad ratings and reviews. Also, BEWARE they OVERCHARGE more than the contract rate that your plan allows. They gave me estimates with the same work but different prices each time, like they were making it up as they go. Double check all your statements with your insurance because this place will try to rip you off and not care at all. Money hungry office that takes advantage of its customers and provides poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will NEVER come back to this office!"

"I am a new patient at Dupuis Dental. I had my first visit which included an exam with the doctor and a cleaning with Katie. They got me right back, and both the hygienist and doctor were very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The office was stunning and very clean. I had a great first experience and I will definitely be back. I would recommend Dupuis Dental for my family and friends!"
