"Everyone was fantastic. Everyone was polite. They went out of the their way to help me. They were fast. I had X-rays done with care,, great Dentist that explain everything, great hygienist that explain everything and a great explanation meeting after it all. I highly recommend them."

"The dental associates I had was great, ever professional and made me feel really comfortable. The office is clean and it was very easy to make the appointment. The only think I didn't like it's the astronomical prices. Even with my insurance that wanted a car down payment. This is why I hate going to the dentist..nothing against the awesome staff at the Taylor location. They are great!!!!!"

"First off - and this needs to be stated clearly - They do amazing work here and I am absolutely satisfied with the results they delivered. The care was personable - everyone had great "bedside manners" - and being afforded financing to cover what insurance didn't was pretty great. I also liked the fact that I was gifted a fancy toothbrush after my cleaning. My biggest concern was the scheduling process and the punctuality. It was very difficult to get the cleaning and the fillings done on the same day and there were delays and cancellations that were inconvenient to my schedule. Once or twice is understandable, but it felt like a reoccurring theme across my various appointments. There is definitely an opportunity to improve there. That said - If you have a flexible schedule and quality of work is important above all else, I would recommend coming here. The process was kind of long because of the scheduling, but I don't know if my teeth have ever looked better."

"My first visit there was today. Everyone was very personable. The dentist had such an eye for detail and nothing was brushed off his shoulder. He actually listened to me! I look forward to my treatments and very pleased with my payment plan! As other facilities do not work with your income and payment is due upfront. I’m excited that I can look forward to smiling again!"

"I've been a customer (they don't treat you like a patient) for a couple of years. I've only stayed because I can come in on Saturday. I'm a truck driver so I'm gone during the week. I've made that clear every single time I've talked to these people. It's always made it difficult, but I made it work until now. I had a root canal with a TEMPORARY crown 3 months ago. They only have Saturdays once a month. I had a family emergency and had to cancel the first Saturday appointment, so that one is on me, but this office has canceled the last two! Two months they have made me wait,the office keeps canceling and asking me to come in during the week, which they know I can't. I'm a truck driver and can't drive all the way back from hundreds of miles away. I was told that I needed to get the permanent crow asap because it might not fit properly by the staff the last time they canceled. Now it's Saturday morning at 8 am and I have a broken temporary crown in my mouth that I'm apparently keeping because they didn't show up. Turns out I got a voice mail yesterday afternoon I missed. They canceled again."
