New You Dental Center

"I’m not going to lie , this dental facility/office was a new experience for it was simply amazing !! Dr. Kazanis put me right at ease with everything she had to do with my teeth “Which was a lot “ recommend very highly !! big thumbs to the staff as well !!"

"Absolutely worst experience OF MY LIFE. I left in so much pain. Their machines were down but they proceeded to take me. (Would’ve appreciated a call saying they couldn’t do a cleaning properly) cleaned my mouth without water so they were just scrapping away and leaving blood and plague in my mouth… The lady at the front desk was the rudest person at a front desk ever!! When I called initially for an appointment and I asked for address she was rude! Acted as if I should’ve known the address or googled it… which sure but there’s multiple locations and I wanted to verify. When I walked in she didn’t even greet me and I stood at the desk for 10 minutes! And they were openly like trash talking another patient seemingly. The office seemed dirty and unkept. I had Moose who spoke to me kindly but I did feel a little weird with how much he spoke about his personal life and felt my appointment could have been drastically quicker had we just gotten the apt done rather than talking about personal things. My biggest issue was the cleaning my mouth and not giving me a way to rinse though! I will never ever come back here and I absolutely do not recommend it. Also reading the reviews and seeing how many times they have improperly filled a tooth or pulled a tooth is TERRIFYING. I only went here cause my Insurance told me to."

"The hygienist was very informative and thorough with the cleaning. The Dentist was really nice, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Good work! I’m one who has a fear of Dentist and she made me feel comfortable. ❤️"

"Horrible experience with the dentist at the livonia location not just with me but my wife as well. We both needed extractions. The dentist went to give the numbing shots and just jabbed me with no notice and hit a nerve I ended up having an anxiety attack and had to leave after numbing was barely finished. As for my wife she didn't get fully numb and the dentist kept telling her what she was feeling was not pain but pressure and she had the maximum amount of numbing possible so there was no way she could have been feeling any pain. We both had prior bad experiences with dental work so had dental anxiety but now it's 10 times worse. Don't recommend this location."
