"I've had great experiences the last 2 times I went to this location. The first time was to have all 4 of my tires replaced & the second time was ti have my car's issue (check engine light) diagnosed & repaired. Every person I've interacted with, the people working at the counter, the manager, & the technicians have all been really kind & patient & always helpful! Their prices are great & they are very quick to get you in for service & complete the job quickly! I will be going to this Belle Tire location on Washtenaw for all of my car maintenance & repair needs & highly recommended them!"

Apparently they didn't review my appointment details until I requested and they realized it would take another 5 hours to patch my tire. An absolute waste of my time. This needed to be communicated to me when I arrived for my appointment."

"Usually very satisfied. Not this time. Installed $950 worth of brand new snow tires and did NOT replace the old valve stems. One tire had a cap on the valve stem, three did not. Do better."
