Now I had just taken it to another place, (I won't say the name but it's initials are DT) a week prior and they supposedly fixed it... As I was waiting for them to tell me I needed a whole new tire...blah blah blah.. just the opposite, they found the tiniest nail in my tire... I was talking with the lady in the office... She was nice pleasant... The whole experience was just awesome! And the price was 40$... Perfect!! I will be sure to use them again if needed and I will always refer ppl there!! Great experience!!!"

"You bent my rim. You also told me my new tire was not the right size for the rim so you had to put a tube in it. In reality, the only reason the tire needed a tube was because you sliced the sidewall. You also tried to charge me extra for the tube. After removing all your handiwork from my rim I straightened it. Cleaned the bead edge (guess you guys don't do that), and installed a replacement tire. I really regret taking my business to you guys. You cost me time and money. You should have been honest about your mistake and offered to replace my tire. Instead you tried to hide your mistake and then tried to charge me extra for it."

"Caleb was awesome from the 1st phone call/estimate through write-up and payment. CJ the service manager was also very helpful. Even the last in the office (didn't catch her name) was very friendly and professional. Price was very good. A new GoTo tire shop for us."
