When I arrived at the hotel in Brighton, my car was making an awful noise. Checked the oil and there wasn't a drop on the stick. Called Bob's and they got me back on the road in very little time without gouging my wallet. They took the time to diagnose the root cause of the leak and explain it all to me. As for pricing, I personally thought they were high, but I am old and think EVERYTHING should be cheaper! lol My guy friends said that while they were probably not cheapest, they were very fair in their pricing and also very good at their job!
