"i’ve been here twice the first time it was a decent experience, but this time the lady who did my nails was very rushed, i got gel and she didn’t let the polish cure all the way so it was lifting on my thumb, thankfully i have a blue light at home. If you need a quick set it’s a good place but i wouldn’t recommend it. they’re nice but they often overbook themselves and rush so you don’t get the quality you’re paying for."

"I walked in to the salon as a walk in. They have walk ins welcome in extra large letters on their front window. I was told that they were too busy and if we could come back? Which, I ordinarily wouldn’t have issue with. However, there was no one in the salon. Furthermore, when I asked what time to come back? The man at the counter said, they were booked all day. Again, no one was in there when we arrived and they could’ve done my daughters nails at that time. They were super rude and didn’t seem to care."

"*update*: I am still pretty thrilled with finding this hidden gem! I have now gone to Fountain nails three times, And I've had a great experience every time. I made an appointment and was seen as soon as I arrived. The woman who I sat with did a short extension (growing my nails out) and dip powder. She did wonderfully and exactly what I asked for. My only very minimal issue is when I made the appointment I asked approximately how much time an appointment would be; I was told an hour. My nails did end up taking about an hour and a half so I was a little more rushed afterwards, BUT at the same time I do appreciate the woman taking her time and making sure her work was perfect. Pricing was very reasonable as well compared to other local nail salons. Highly recommend."

"Had my nails done by Min, he was super sweet. I’ve never had my nails done by someone who seemed to take so much time & actually care. I just did a simple shellac manicure. I’ve got dry hands & he never made me feel uncomfortable, which is something that often happens to me. I plan on returning for sure."
