"Call 2 days before my appointment time. I arrived at my appointment time and yet was told to come back 4 and a 1/2 hours later because they overbooked themselves. But nobody bothered to call and tell me about that. And when I called and demand and explanation, she says oh, I'm sorry you can't come back at 430 I booked bad customer service. Find someone else to do your nails"

"My service was ok, I’m probably not gonna go back. Due to I don’t feel like the tools she used were cleaned or sanitized. She used a nail clipper that still had a finger nail in it, also the towel she did my manicure on also had a big clipped nail on it smh."

"Great manicure! I decided to try PT nails on a whim because my nails had grown out quite a bit from the previous manicure I had. I walked in a little before 3pm and they were extremely busy. I asked if I should return and they asked if I could come back around 4:30pm. I returned and they got me in right away. My nail tech was quick and did a beautiful job! If you are just a walk in, then of course you would have to wait over the people who actually called ahead and made an appointment. They try their best to get to everyone as soon as possible; some days they are slammed, some days they are not."
