"Will never go back. The quack doctor did a root canal on a tooth I wasn’t even having issues with. After my insurance paid almost $2,000 and I paid $800 out of pocket I got a bill almost 5 months later demanding $150. I said no way so they turned me into collections. Now I’m going to retain a lawyer and sue them and idc what that costs it’s the principle at this point."

"Beware if you’re coming here because they will finance your payments, I went in probably 4 or so years ago for a root canal. I couldn’t pay so they took me to court (that’s fine I ended up paying them off later) and before that they would run my card 5/6 times in a month whenever they wanted to attempt to get payment. but then my root canal failed and my tooth shattered. Shady work to say the least, both my moms failed too at not even 5 years old. Don’t bother with them, they don’t know what they’re doing."

"Awesome place! Definitely will be coming back. They were able to get me in on the Friday before Christmas weekend to extract a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Aspen Dental up the road screwed my appointment up so they couldn’t get me in for my appointment I had scheduled on Tuesday for Friday and I had to find a place that could pull that tooth. This place was it and they did a phenomenal job. The procedure was painless and they made me feel real comfortable and welcome. I definitely recommend and I thank them for helping me out when I needed it."

"I was a patient of Kakaris Dentistry for a long time. My other family members also attended Kakaris and our appointments and phone numbers were consistently switched and incorrect in their system. We would receive confirmation calls for each other’s appointments and despite asking multiple times over the course of years, it was never fixed. On top of this, we’d receive calls from Kakaris Dentistry letting us know how much dental coverage we had remaining for the year and pressuring us to use it. This felt desperate and wasn’t appreciated. The final straw was when I received a $40.00 bill from them out of the blue. I haven’t been to Kakaris in recent memory so I called to ask about it. At first, the receptionist told me it was a fee from a missed appointment 3 YEARS AGO! I explained there’s no way I could remember making or missing an appointment that long ago; and I asked why they’re just now billing me for it. The receptionist then checked the notes in the system and the story changed. She then tells me that I did attend the appointment and that this was my co-pay. That’s two pretty different explanations so I asked to speak to the billing department who were unavailable at the time. The receptionist told me they’d call me back. They never did. Annoyed, avoiding collections, and ready to be done with this office, I reluctantly paid the $40.00. I made sure to receive a printed receipt showing my $0.00 balance before asking to be removed as a patient. I’m going to find a dentist that can tell their patients apart and won’t negatively threaten my credit score without explanation."

"Had a great experience here today with an emergency situation for my 2.5 year old son, who’s tooth came extremely loose due to a fall. The Dr laid out all my options for me and explained everything very thoroughly. He was also very personable, and was great with my son. Highly recommend, and I will be coming back in the future!"
