My Urgent Dentistry

"Called last night for a dental emergency for my 9 year old. They took all my info/insurance etc then put me on hold for about 5 minutes. They came back on the line to let me know the doctor was with a patient and would call me as soon as they're done. 24 hours later still no call and they have my daughter's and my personal info. Scammers."

"I had a dentist appointment scheduled, however my tooth took a turn for the worst and literally nothing was able to stop the pain. I was desperate and called here at 1pm and was told they were with a patient, no problem. I called again at 4pm and again was told they were with a patient and told me they would let the Dr. know this was my second time calling. Nothing. I called again at 4 in the morning, again, nothing and was told they would tell the Dr. I was an absolute emergent case. Nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all if you're actually emergent, just go to the er at that point."

"Called at 5 in the morning because I was having the worst tooth pain I have ever felt, and the phone was answered before it even rang. 4 hours later (on a Saturday, none the less), I was already in a dentist office having my issue taken care of. I'm so grateful for the service I received."

"So first of all, I cracked the side off of two teeth and was in horrible pain I called the number and got in touch with the dentist, I got a hold of her and she said she was just pulling out when I called, now keep in mi d this is around 10:00 at night, she said to pull in and park and she would let me in, after she had already closed everything up and locked up she pulled back in opened everything back up and turned everything back on. I see all these comments about nobody being there or not being able to get a hold of her, well let me clue you in she does t not have any help there it is only her and another dentist so she has to take care of all these patients pretty much by herself with no help whatsoever, I can’t imagine running a dentist office by myself so be sure to keep that in mind. She was able to get me in and fix both teeth for me at a moments notice without any help. She did an amazing job this was a pretty intensive procedure that she had to do, it wasn’t just a little bit of drilling and filling. There was a lot involved and to sum it up there was stitches that were needed, I had called other dentists and they said it was a pretty big procedure and it would take a few hours. She did it in about 30 minutes completely pain free. She was amazing I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist and she was able to calm me down and talked me through the whole procedure and talk me through the literal panic attack I had. If you have an emergency this is the dentist to go to. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind hearted and did an amazing job I can’t say enough good things about my experience there. Best dentist I have ever seen!!!"

"My experience here was amazing! Prioritized my visit, took care of my tooth issue and found other concerning problems. The way “ the dentist” on duty handled me as a patient was comforting! Worth the visit and convenient enough for parents that can’t get free time during the week. Will be returning for everything recommended and any future needs"
