"BEWARE!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Do NOT go here! They performed work prior to it being approved by my insurance, without notifying me, and are just now billing me for the denied claim 3 YEARS LATER!! I was told 3 years ago that this would be written off due to a miscommunication with my insurance company, and believed it had been handled, since I never heard back from them. Now, 3 years later, they send me a FINAL NOTCE for a bill that I never received. Also, the crown buildup she did has already cracked and had to be redone by another dentist!! In reply to your response below, I DID call your office. Their reply was basically sorry about your luck, pay your bill before we send it to collections. So I paid my bill, but will share my experience with EVERYONE I can, so they can avoid being duped by you."
