Today was an extraction that went smoothly because she takes great care gradually working it out vs. pulling on it. It's only my second visit, but I love the office staff and the technicians, too!"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. I have been going here for a few years no problem. Loved the doctors. Unfortunately the front desk staff could give 2 craps about patient care. The lack of customer service is awful. I had an appointment that was rescheduled due to the hygienist no longer being employed there (wonder why). And this has happened more than once. So I rescheduled no problem. I had an emergency the day it was rescheduled to and tried to change my appointment. Sure no problem but now you will owe us $60. I was blown away. My husband goes into the office to get services and they will not provide them because I "owe" $60. Now we have spent ALOT of money with this office. Unfortunately the front desk staff did not care. My husband refused to pay because this was not his issue. Rather than seeing him and making more than $60 it was canceled because of my balance. And now he owes $60 for not paying mine and leaving. Good luck collecting that money. We will no longer use this office for our services and will go elsewhere. Very unfortunate. Asking us to call the office has already been tried to resolve the issue. I guess $60 was worth more than continued services."

Michelle was super nice, my hygienist was so friendly and Dr. Richardson was fantastic. She said my mouth was gorgeous. Never had that compliment before."

"My hygienist was very knowledgeable and great at what she does. My boyfriend switched to this dentist And talked me inti trying. I was happy where I was going. But he had me switch here and I like them so much better. I highly recommend and will be going back for every cleaning."
