"I want to say thank you to the dentist that called me this morning because I was so hurt over missing my appointment but my mom was in the hospital 80yrs old dying we thought on pacemaker. Anyway I got upset at the staff member but it wasn't her fault I understand you have policies I'm a medical Billing specialist for over 25yrs train Dorset school students. So I should of understood I apologize greatly I was just overwhelmed that day over my mom. So my last review I want to correct it I was to quick to judge when I should of just understood the policies at hand. Well God bless that office thanks again to the dentist that called concerned about me and my situation it touched my heart. Take care look forward to seeing what you can do to fix my broken smile."
