"I would give zero stars if I could. Not only did they try to overcharge me by $600 by listing a part twice, but they also charged me a 4% credit card fee and DID NOT tell me they charge this during any part of my repair. Would have been nice to know up front so I could have planned to pay differently. I wonder if they only treat women this way or if this is how they treat all their customers. Either way, I am reporting them to the state and will look into the BBB. Avoid. Customer beware."

"The one in Plymouth is a ripoff! They replaced the AC compressor in August on my Dodge. They didn't tighten the pulley which caused the belt to wobble and the pulley to squeal horribly! A couple years before this, they screwed up installing 4 new struts! The new ones are noisy compared to my original equipment struts."
