"Poor Service, non-responsive, and issue wasn't resolved. The technician John scratched my microwave both times he came out and also didn't put the microwave back together properly. The company fails to respond to my numerous calls regarding the scratches and issue still not being fixed."

"I went thru Samsung for a warranty repair on our oven igniter. The serviceman came a bit early which was not bad but unexpected 11am vs 12pm. He identified and fixed the issue with the ignitor. He also explained the issue of how it went bad during the assembly process of the stove and reassured us it was nothing we did as consumers. Overall a great and satisfying experience."

"Samsung refrigerator ice makers are notorious for freezing due to condensation. This was my 2nd repair call after having the ice maker replaced by URS 3 years ago. Herb was the technician from Unique Repair Services who explained that the air gap on the on the bottom left and rear needs to be sealed to prevent this. Herb walked me through the failure modes and repair options. I would give Herb 5 stars, but URS is getting 4 because the sealant should have been applied during the first repair. I'm currently confident the problem has been addressed, but may not know until the unit has run for several weeks or months without icing. Thanks Herb!"

"I've read through these reviews and can honestly say that my experience with Unique Repair Services was not like any of the poor reviews left. The customer service was easy to work with and helped find a date to schedule my repairs. You'd have to be living under a rock to not know there are supply chain issues going on, so any delays in scheduling a fix were understandable. Once the parts were available I immediately received a call to schedule an appointment. On my appointment date, the technician was on time (within the 2 hour window provided) and was beyond courteous and professional. There was a mix up with the parts and an incorrect part was ordered. He made sure that the correct part was ordered and apologized, documenting everything. I received a text within a few days saying the part was in and a follow up appointment was scheduled. The second technician was just as courteous and professional as the first. He showed up on time, and had the issues fixed right away and provided insight/guidance on things to look out for in the future. My experience with this company is beyond what I expected and I would happily work with them again. Thank you for the great service."
