"Spoke to a nice lady after submitting an order online... told I'd be contacted later on that day! Since then i've been ignored and my account been deleted..was told they believe in second chances but i guess that was to get me off the phone! Wouldn't recommend if thats how they treat people!"

"I had a lease through here when Sue was manager. Never had any issues. I paid off my couch and needed a second, but the one we order offline was much larger then the original measurements and didn’t fit in our house(we had a 5 inch gap to get to our doorway entry with .) I called the store last week(I had the couch about 2 weeks) and asked the manager if I could swap for a smaller couch. She told me she didn’t have the room in the store for more furniture and they were full on deliveries and to call back in 2 weeks. I went to the Rent a Center location that is literally around the block from me(on Ecorse in Taylor) and they had the smaller couch in stock. We’ve been trying to switch my store over so the manager at the Taylor store can switch out my couch out since they have it in stock and the room at the store, but we’ve still not been able to switch stores. Wayne manager was very busy and couldn’t switch my account over last week(I originally called 12/21/23) at all before the holidays and before my bill was due. Now I have a bill due for a couch that doesn’t even fit in my house and I still can’t get my store switched over. I understand the store just went through and hired new management and staff, but the manager shouldn’t just push off customers who call with an issue and get told to call back in a week or two when she has room at the store."
