"So mr. Thin skin cant take the truth and own up to bad service and not following through on a partial refund. Their managers have an excuse for everything and their technician Brandon not only didn’t reconnect our water line before closing up our frig he also intentionally put groves in our wood floor by unnecessary rocking the frig side to side before pushing it back in its spot. By me leaving a one star review they renigged on they’re agreement of a partial refund. So keep your money and ill keep my post up. Im sure they’ll respond with the same old “we tried to come back out and resolve the issue” and “you may have voided a warranty by making the part fit properly”. How about for once, “we’re sorry and we’ll do better”."
