"Delivery was scheduled for Monday 3/6/24 10a-12p. Finally arrived at 2:41pm. The Apartment manager was on the phone and told him all he had to do was pop it off, and insert the hose, he said the store said he couldn’t do it, so me having a dryer hooked up with no washer was pointless. So I told him to take back and tell them to refund the money back into my bank account."

"The whole process to sign up online is easy. The same as cash pricing is very appealing. But there is no communication from this store. I took the day off today thinking I was getting my furniture delivered. Instead I sat here all day to find out there was more I needed to do to complete my agreement. Yet Noone contacted me. No email. No phone call. But yet I received a text a week ago confirming the delivery. When I called the store to find out what was happening I spoke with Don who made zero effort to rectify the situation. All services canceled."

"My fiance purchased a couch a few months ago and everything was fine, about a few weeks ago a old urine smell has started to leak from the couch cushions. It then has ruined multiple pillows and blankets. I have cleaned the couch several time and the smell is not gone because of how far it is soaked into the couch. I will never purchase anything from here again if this is how they sell furniture."
