"said they were gonna give me fillings for four cavities, had me laying there waiting for an hour in a room with a no phones sign, then somebody FINALLY `came in and cleaned my teeth, gave me no fillings, and sent me home???? so now i need to make ANOTHER appointment (definitely at a different place this time, mind you) because believe it or not.. i actually did need those fillings!"

"I had a wonderful first experience at Dental Dreams. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Tassie takes his time with his patients, is very knowledgeable, kind, and provides quality care! Would highly recommend him to anyone!"

"Overall I would not recommend this dentist for any adult with a real issue. If you need a routine cleaning for a kid or yourself then go for it, they take walk-ins and have a play place. I personally have gone to them twice when I was having a dental issue because my symptoms were bad and UoM and other offices were scheduling out months or even years ahead, both times I waited for an hour past my appointment time and was referred out without getting any help. This time I did receive a prescription to help and that is what earned them 2 stars. Overall my technician was rough and didn't provide the cleaning I put my appointment for in the first place. They have also are terrible with preferred names. Everytime I have spoken or received communication I correct and request my name be changed and they always say they will and then don't. This critique is more the fault of the chain as a whole than an individual person, it still hurts and felt very disingenuous."

"I can’t believe I’m saying something good about going to the dentist! But this place, and their people, especially Dr. Wilder, made what is traditionally an experience I hate, into something efficient and about as good as visiting a dentist could be. I moved about an hour away from their office but travel there now because it is such good service. Highly recommend."

"The wait time my first time going was okay for the most part. But today it was absolutely ridiculous. They had my daughter sitting in the room waiting for the dentist for over an hour. They pulled my sons tooth and only gave him a few gauzes. And I brought my son with me because they said he had an appointment and didn’t. I will never take my kids back there. The only good part is there is stuff to do for my kids while they wait and one of the ladies in the front is super nice."
