"Lindsey Wurtzel may not have the skills to properly assess the need for a crown versus a filling. My previous dentist (out of state) had advised a much less aggressive (and less profitable) approach and placed a filling in the tooth. Lindsey ground away so much tooth that it inflamed the nerve which resulted in months of painful sensitivity to heat, cold and pressure, and the eventual need for a root canal. She seems to lack any empathy as well, never followed up (except to attempt to schedule another crown). I was also charged more than I was originally told (double) because her office did not properly check my insurance coverage!"

"Had a treatment with Wurtzel dentistry more, then 2 years ago: professional, friendly, reasonable prices. Dr Donald was super helpful. I strongly recommend him. He will take the best care of Your teeth possible. Today was a bit frustrated I couldn’t come for dental emergency. I’ve been told it is already 4 emergency patients. I was desperate and was crying, because I don’t know other dentist in the area and told this to the reception lady. And she made a comment: “You were visiting us 3 years ago, so anyway You would have to do new X-ray and everything”. And previously I was scheduling appointment with Dr Ben and made an insurance with Delta Dental only because Wurtzel dentistry is in network. Donatella(I guess that was the receptionist name) told me that the earliest I can get in is Thursday. After I told her I am in pain and wasn’t sleeping for 2 nights waiting for Monday for Wurtzel Dentistry to be opened. I have feeling DR Donald would have an other solution…."
