Green Tree Pediatrics: Ann Arbor

"I have been coming to this office for years and for the most part love the providers and the care I typically get. But there is something off recently with the other staff members that have me feeling uneasy. I called in after hours with allergy concerns for my child. And was met with rude call center representatives and got a call back from a nurse who didn’t help easy my stress and panic at all. I had to be the one to ask follow up questions on what I need to look for in case something got worse. I was just told to have her take Benadryl. Lol what is the point of being a child care provider office when you don’t feel like they’re being cared for?…I get it was a late call but from the call center to the nurse I felt more of a bother for a late night call than anything. I feel like you are going to be providing a certain type of care of service you need to be better suited with empathic and compassion type of people. On all aspects of your practice. That’s like teachers who hate to teach or who hate kids. Why is this your job?! You have parents calling in questions about the health of their kids. I’m deeply disappointed."

"I do appreciate the level of care and compassion at Green Tree by most all the staff. I do not recommend seeing Ariel Shagena. She did not seem to care about my actual concerns about my children and pushes for other appointments that don't address the root of the problem. It's also a shame the experience has to be tainted by the children's mother on the phone during the exam, to the point it reduces the quality and effectiveness of the appointments. She has had all five of our children removed from her due to; child abuse, neglect, parental alienation and domestic violence that she perpetrates against me. She has mental health issues and is rarely truthful."

"We drive an hour away to get to this Dr and due to traffic we were 12 minutes late. They made us leave and said because of their 10 min late policy we would have to reschedule. So upset today. I find it ridiculous that 2 minutes mattered that much. Not good business practice."

"I love this place! My daughter has been coming here since 12 days old. She is 4.5 months now. Green tree pediatrics is easy to navigate and access when it comes to scheduling appointments, talk to a nurse, follow up, patient portal. The attendants over the phone are very nice and professional. I love Dr willsey!! She is smart, resourceful, patient and detail person. She is wonderful and I couldn't have a better primary doctor for my daughter. As well, the NPs!"

"Really great job of making us feel comfortable and safe when I brought my two daughters in today for well child visits. We LOVE Arielle, and were sad she was on leave (but very excited for her! Congratulations!). That said, Katelyn, the new nurse practitioner, was so great with the girls! Always quick to get back with us when we call to talk to a nurse, and We can always schedule appointments much more quickly than one might expect. On the whole, a great place to keep your children well!"
