"Had a root canal done there back in November. Wonderful service was provided by amber and Alein mesh. Was scheduled to get a crown. They canceled. Was scheduled a 2nd time.. canceled again. Scheduled a 3rd time and before I could go in the tooth broke apart. Managed to get in only to be made to wait for 2 and a half hours for 1 xray. While I sat and overheard the doctor and employees tell stories to each other. The only person who actually tried to help was amber and she kept getting called away to do a million things. Eventually I got frustrated and walked out. I get it's hard trying to do this with 2 doctors but this was just straight up ridiculous. 2 stars just because they clearly only have one competent person in that building"

"Really liked the dentist that did my root canal. Only thing I don't like is when you call to make a appointment it is a recording and can't reach the office. I even called for the emergency line because my crown fell off after 4 days. States wait on the line but nobody comes on . Even when office is open. Same recording . Very irritating"

"A few red flags popped up when I applied for a position at this office. The staff seemed friendly enough, and the owner (Dr. Mesh) was extremely kind and personable, which I appreciated. And to my surprise, he hired me on the spot. That was red flag #1. It seemed extremely hasty. In my 23 years in the dental field, I have never gone for an interview and gotten hired on the spot without being asked to come in for a working interview. After being hired, he took me back to show me the office and lab. He seemed to be quite content to sit and talk about life and hobbies and the importance of using the correct dental terminology than he was with getting up to see his patient, who was waiting at least half an hour while Dr. Mesh talked to me. His staff even triedbto come get him a few times, and he rolled his eyes and waived his hand up and down as to brush them off. He then looked at me and said, "these are the things I deal with." I found that to be appalling and extremely unprofessional. That was red flag #2. He also repeated himself a lot, and asked me the same questions several times. Red flag #3. When I left, I went home and googled the office and saw that it only had 2 and a half stars. After reading the reviews, I decided NOT to take the position at this office. I believe my intuition was correct. I have never not worked at a five star office, and I have never worked with anything less than cutting edge technology in the dental field. What he was showing me and what he was suggesting I do in that office would have put me back into 1990's dentistry. Not impressed. A person can use correct terminology and sound well educated and present themselves as the best of the best, but what I saw in that lab painted a different picture, and so do the rest of these reviews."

"(Using my husbands account to leave this review) If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I couldn’t even begin to tell you why the reviews are so low, they saved me and my tooth! I was in horrible pain and needed a root canal, but because I’m currently breastfeeding I couldn’t take any pain killers that would actually help. After a weekend of not eating or drinking anything and literally over dosing on orgel and ending up in the ER, I was desperate, I called over 100 dentists in a 200 miles radios, at the end of my search I found them and the amazing receptionist (Amanda) found a way to get me in that same day. I drove an hour from Saginaw and they had me back quickly, everything went so smoothly and quick. Dentist make me nervous but the dentist left me with no worries and I was able to relax and I felt no pain during my root canal and now I’m completely pain free and they had me back on the schedule right away for a follow up and to get my crown. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will highly recommend them to anyone. I plan on sending my husband here to get his work done too."

"I was recently called about a job I applied for. Dr. Joe was pretty rude and obviously already had his mind set that he wasn't going to hire me after only reading my resume, no interview. Why he called me is a mystery. He obviously had no interest in hiring me. It felt like he only wanted to tell me that he thought I had no business applying. Not someone i would want to work for."
