"Great company- very efficient and professional with communication. Charlie Roy was able to fit us in the next day, assessed the problems we were having with our stovetop and our ice machine immediately. He had the part already for the stovetop so that was in working order the very same day. He was also able to order what we needed for our ice machine and was back to install that within the week. He did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with :) I will definitely keep their info to use whenever I have an appliance problem!"

"We bought a new Bosch range in October 2023 and it had issues. After weeks dealing with Bosch, we were finally referred to Michigan Appliance Repair in late November. Donald Hopper was our technician. He diagnosed the problem, but the part was on backorder until January. In January, Bosch decided we waited long enough and replaced that range with a new one. Great, you would think...nope, the oven quit working within a week. UGH! Back to dealing with Bosch. A week later, Donald came back out, diagnosed the problem, ordered part, back out to install...still didn't work! Donald then called Bosch tech and together they finally diagnosed a faulty door switch. So another week waiting for the part and another visit for Donald. Happily, the part worked and we finally have a fully functioning range! Donald Hopper was a trooper. He was always on time, efficient and personable. We recommend Michigan Appliance Repair."

"My Service tech Ray Brown was absolutely fantastic! He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue with my Samsung Washing machine. Ray informed me that he needed to order the proper parts to complete the repair and he returned in less than a week to do just that. "We had an issue with our dishwasher that was addressed beyond expectations. A service tech, Donald was to our home addressing the issue same day I called with the concern. He recognized the issue and had to order parts which came in 3 days sooner than expected. The replacement and return service was performed quickly and efficiently with care in mind. I was very impressed."
