"This place hires( the best liars and scam artis. Lie cheat steal. Is what thier all about. They ruin stuff on purpose just to cause more damage. They do not care about you since they already have you money they have tried to resell cars that I bought and paid for come. Come to pick them up 2 days later, and it WAS already listed to be sold in the next auction. They cut your battery cables before they bring the car out to you. I looked at a truck, then bought it in the online auction, came back to get it, and when they brought it out. The cables had been choped off 3" from the battery. They were not like that prior to THE auction. AN NO ONE ADMIT TO IT. BUT THEY LIE CHEAT AN STEAL HERE. DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES....."

"Renee is the worst. Tried telling me I couldn’t get my car because I didn’t have an appointment even tho there was only 1 other person there, and she was rude. Makes zero sense. But needless to say I did get it, but Copart you need to change that you will have many many many furious customers in the future if that stays. Also it literally says first come first serve on their website……"

"I've worked with this yard for about 5 years now and apart from some long wait times I've had few issues. I drive 2-3 hours from Mesick MI and usually spend less than 2 hours getting loaded up. Never had parts missing or the car not in the condition I bought it. The ladies at the desk are usually nice and get me set up quickly. Overall, will keep working with this Copart yard."

"My vehicle was at Copart-Ionia for 7 weeks. My first visit to make sure it was weather proofed showed me there was items missing from the vehicle. No one affiliated with Copart claimed any knowledge of where those parts were. On my second visit, with the assistance of the yard guy George, we found a missing wheel/tire combo in a discard pile. This was a new wheel/tire setup. 400 miles on it. Perfect condition that they removed from the rear seat and threw away. Matt in the office blamed it fully on the tow truck driver that brought my vehicle there. There were miscellaneous parts in the back of the vehicle that have never been found. After my insurance claim was settled, I bought the vehicle back. Still no parts that they removed. They are shady. They stole parts from my vehicle. No one cares. I’m out $600 for the missing parts. Good luck to you if you ever decide to buy a vehicle from them or get your vehicle back after a claim settlement"
