"After completing the work on my vehicle, I left only for the check engine light to come back on within 12 hours. I returned to the shop to have it looked at again and was told there was nothing they could do. I went to a different mechanic and found out the completely wrong sensor had been installed on my vehicle. I essentially had to pay to have the part fixed twice because Jiffy lube didn’t do the work right the first time Edit- I would like to update this review by saying I was contacted by a general manager and was issued a refund for the work done. The manager showed great integrity and it’s nice to see a business standing behind their mistake. Thank you"

"The men that were working there when I went specifically Eric and Marcus were so kind and extremely patient. As a woman I’m nervous to take my car in for maintenance but the gentlemen working there were so kind and patient. I felt very comfortable there and if my car needs maintenance before I move back home this will be the first place I go for sure!!"

"I realized I was in dire need for an oil change and took a chance on trying to get one on a Saturday following Thanksgiving. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and how nice the guys were who changed my car's oil. They genuinely seemed to like their job and explained what they were doing as I sat comfortably in my vehicle. Highly recommend this location!"

"Excellent service and advice. I was greeted kindly with only 30 minutes to closing. The team was streamlined and efficient. Got my oil changed and got a great discount on a new Engine air filter. They did an overall check of my fluids, tires and pointed out that everything was looking good. Eric reminded me I can come back at any time to top off my fluids within 3000 miles at no extra cost per Jiffy Lubes policy. Will DEFINITELY be going back."

"Highly recommend this place. I came in for an oil change and brake rotor and pad replacement. They jumped on this right away, working until nearly 10PM (4 hours after closing time) to get me my car back the same day while ensuring my car is safe to drive.
