Reviews of Blough Automotive
"If you are looking to buy a car I highly recommend buying from here! I had the best customer experience ever and you can tell they truly care about their customers. If I could leave a million stars I would!"
"This place is amazing. Great people, great service, and knowledge about what they do. Cannot recommend more. I’ve bought a car from them and have not once regretted it. Great place."
"Best place ever to by a Volkswagen! Mike and Loren are great honest guys. You will get a very good quality vehicle if you shop there. Family member bought a 2012 with 57,000 miles now has 101,000 nothing but maintenence and tires still going great."
"Do not bring your car here. I first brought my car in for burning oil July 25. I was told it was the turbo. I made an appointment to get it fixed and dropped it off the whole week of August 7th. On Thursday of that week I still had not heard if it was done or any updates on my car so I called. I was told “oh it’s been done”. No one called me to tell me it was done . They ended up just doing an oil change, cleaning a sensor (never told me which one) and replacing a timing belt or switch. I can’t remember which one and the only thing listed on my statement from that visit was oil change for 445 dollars. Two weeks later my EPC light started coming on so I brought it in again and was told the only codes that kept coming up were non urgent and the most urgent thing was to get my key ignition cleaned because it was sticking. I was not having any issues with it and other places never mentioned it either. My biggest concern was my EPC light and they said that was not an issue. So I made an appointment to get my ignition cleaned. At this visit I was told the knock sensor is bad and it’s super urgent to be done as well as a rear wheel bearing. I make an appointment to get my knock sensor and wheel bearing taken care of. And let them know my car is still eating oil. They had my car the whole day and call me at 3:30 to let me know they couldn’t do the knock sensor cause they thought I had a 2.0 engine instead of 1.8. And I all the sudden need a new engine now because they finally found the oil leak that I’ve brought my car in for about 5 times now. At this point I asked if they could still just do the wheel bearing since they didn’t have the sensor. I went to go pick it up at 5 and nothing had been done on my car not even the wheel bearing and took them 15 minutes to even find my keys. Needless to say I’m taking it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion and to double check their work because I do not trust a word they were telling me."
"Hands down these are the nicest people we have dealt with at any dealership. Our son bought a VW CC from a private owner who basically sold him an unsafe vehicle to drive. It had been in a terrible accident and none of this revealed to us before the purchase. Mike took the time to look at this vehicle and said let us know the issues at hand. He bought the vehicle from us for parts only so my son could recoup some of his graduation money. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs or buying a new car. Thank you so much for all that you have helped us with."
