"A longform timeline of my experience with this shop is below, but some short bullets for those who don't want to read: -This shop is not pleasant to deal with if something is actually wrong with the work they did. -The lifetime warranty on tint (Maintain Adhesion without blistering, bubbling, or delaminating from the glass) is at their own discretion "Tint is meant to be looked through, not at. We'd love to be perfect but if a job is 90% there we call it good." -Hope you're lucky that the job goes right the first time, because it will take a month-long runaround to try to get it corrected. 1-27-24 I dropped my car off to have all of the windows tinted that day. After I picked it back up, I noticed that the windshield and front driver's window tint had scratches in them from the install. I called the shop and let them know that I was on my way back for them to take a look. When I got there, they initially didn't want to even look at it. I finally got Geza to come out and look, but while walking there I was told "I'll look but I'm gonna tell you the same thing I tell everybody, you gotta wait 2 weeks for it to cure out." If it was trapped moisture I'd agree, but these were legit scratches you could see and feel. After seeing them with his own eyes Geza told me I had to come back in two weeks, and mentioned I have a lifetime warranty on the tint that would cover everything. At this point I also mentioned a small gouge in my paint that I believed the shop may have accidentally done. He immediately got defensive and offered to send me the video of my install to watch. The video never came. 2-10-24 The two weeks had passed so I took my car back first thing that Saturday. While discussing the scratched portions of tint, I also mentioned that I found an inch long bubble in my front passenger window too. Geza rolled his eyes and told me "Tint is meant to be looked through, not at. We'd love to be perfect but if a job is 90% there we call it good. Scratches are unacceptable though." Since I wasn't a fan of how the windshield tint was behaving I negotiated for them to just remove that and not replace it, but to replace the tint on my front two windows. I asked if they were going to be able to do this sometime today and was told I'd need to schedule it out. I chose one week out for first thing the following Saturday. 2-17-24 I arrive for my 9:00am appointment and was chided for being a couple minutes late to drop the car off. After actually looking at my appointment in the system, I was told that they actually didn't have any of the tint on hand that they'd need to do the job, and that I'd have to reschedule for a later date. I was told that if I did 9:00am the following Friday I'd be the first job of the day and they'd get me in and out while I waited. 2-23-24 I arrive for my 9:00am appointment and the car goes back into the shop. Around 10:30am I asked for an update on how much longer it was going to be and was told about a half hour more. A bit past 11:00am my car comes around and I'm told I'm good to go. Sitting down in it I realized that contrary to the work we agreed upon, they replaced the windshield and front driver, and didn't touch the front passenger. I went back inside and told Geza, and he admitted it was their screw up and apologized. He asked what they could do and at that point I had been at the shop enough times that I just wanted a partial refund for my front passenger window and I'd be on my way. Geza said that as a company they don't do refunds, only store credit, but if I would wait a half hour more they'd pull the windshield tint off and replace the tint on the front passenger window. I accepted this. While waiting, Geza walked over with a receipt from their system and a $100 cash refund and another apology. Around 11:50am I was finally on my way with the proper work completed. The front two windows have some bubbles at the bottom but I don't have any desire to go back and deal with this shop any more than I already have."
