"Update: I increased the rating because--I got the refrigerator and installed it on my Motorhome. The door is reversable, when I called Way, the couple of people I spoke to did not realize this, and I needed to reverse the door opening in my particular application. The customer service is not that great with the company but the product works great and the price was good. If you know that going in, you will be more prepared for dealing with them. Original review: I was possibly looking to buy a refrigerator from Way. I called last week, left a message and never got a call back. I called earlier today, left a message and never got a call back. I called again today and it went to the warranty department who were able my inquiry from last week when I never got a call back. He said he would just put another inquiry in. If the customer service is this bad before the sale can you imagine the service after sale?"

"The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced!! We bought a 12v fridge about 6 months ago and it burnt out. It stopped working and even had this burnt smell inside. They sent us a replacement part to fix it which didn’t work. We have a warranty and have filled out a warranty claim multiple times but no one has gotten back to us. We’ve been on the road for 3 months now with no fridge. It’s been extremely frustrating especially when we spent $900 on this thing. Customer service reps aren’t helpful and give little information. We are frustrated and have reached our breaking point. I’m sure they’re are other companies to buy from that have better customer service than this place!!!"

"I have Been trying to purchase a replacement stove/oven for my RV. Way Interglobal was the third company that I contacted. They returned an email quickly and gave me reliable information. I received the stove in 4 business days, no damage to the packaging and it was installed in a matter of hours. I couldn’t be happier! I haven’t had one since December 10th, when one company told me that I would have theirs within 5 business days but later informed me that it was on back order! The second company shipped one, that took a month, and arrived damaged-as if it was thrown from the truck! I will confidently buy again from Way!!!"

"I had a fan go out on a vent hood. I purchased my camper 8 hours away and didn't want to have to go back for a replacement. I contacted Mrs. Belcher through their contact website and she was able to get to part shipped out to me after providing her some information. By far one of the easiest warranty processes I've been through. Thanks for making it simple."
