"Dr. Humphries is an incredible dentist. Unfortunately for his clients, he’s created a family business. His wife is always a lovely person and has been an extremely kind receptionist and office manager. However, they also employ his daughter. She’s hung up on myself and/or my wife multiple times when calling the office about perfectly reasonable questions, and with extremely friendly attitudes. Darcy, who has been a dental assistant to Dr. Humphries since I first arrived as a child (I’m approximately 40 years old now), absolutely hates working with Dr. Humphries daughter. Darcy was extremely clear with me that his daughter’s engagement with the business was routinely inappropriate and unprofessional. Being at the office was like walking on eggshells. In the end, my only option was to discharge myself from the practice. My wife had been repeatedly insulted by his daughter, and I don’t care for the infighting between Dr. Humphries’ staff and Dr. Humphries’ daughter. Perhaps I should have been less honest. I was charged for procedures that were never completed after I discharged myself. Dr. Humphries should absolutely take care of his kids. However, his clients have had to pay the price given his approach."

"Been dealing with periodontal disease for way too long, made the decision to get dentures. Petrified I walked in not knowing what to expect. With every step of the way and every visit it's ever apparent that this group of individuals has been not only raised the right way but trained as receptionist to dental assistant to Dr. Humphries. They are absolutely incredible with everything they do as a team as well as individually. Kudos to everyone. Will recommend anyone who has issues to visit this establishment. "9yrs ago, I was recommended to go to Dr Humphries to get a set of good quality fitting dentures. I'm glad I did because these still fit perfect Best of all, no paste needed to hold them in place. No rocking when eating or coming loose when talking. I have two friends that went to Aspen and both have problems. Dr Humphries and his staff are very caring and helpful to your needs. Even after your done they still take care of you. Very professional all the way. I highly recommend him. He is an artist when it comes to making dentures..."

"My experience with Dr. Humphries literally turned out to be life changing for me. I had been suffering for many years with poor dental work from a local dentist office, resulting in lots of pain and infection. The daily mouth/tooth pain and migraines finally became too much and I was recommended to Dr. Humphries. We came to the conclusion that I would need a full set of top and bottom dentures. I was in my late 20s at the time and very skeptical. It took a few months to go through the whole process but I can honestly say it was well worth every penny. Dr. Humphries took time to make sure I was never in pain, that every detail was accounted for and the result was amazing. Never once has anyone ever noticed that I have dentures because he matched the shape, size, and color of what my real teeth had looked like. He made sure they fit perfectly and weren’t the least bit painful. Members of my family and close friends didn’t even notice until I told them. I no longer suffer from the daily head pain and have no issues eating whatever I’d like.
