"Horrible service! Used to be a great place many years ago. Now it's impossible to get through on the phone and they don't return voicemails, yet they expect prompt communication to avoid missed appointments. Very disappointed that my entire family has to find a new dentist."
"While in the process of getting my crowns situated they let me and my whole entire family go. Which really sucks because Ive been going to west milham dental since I was a child. My family and I are devastated with how they’ve been treating us lately. They say they are letting us go due to too many cancellations but it clearly says on their door not to come in if you’re feeling any covid symptoms. Before covid this place has treated us just how we treated them, like family. But during and after all we got was attitude from the doctors. While in the process of getting my crowns squared away they stopped answering my calls, text, online messages and emails. Even my mom tried helping call a few times and no answer. This was going on for a whole week. I finally went into the office just to be told that they mailed a letter to my mom, dad, 3 sisters and I. I asked what was on the letter and what does it have to do with getting my crowns done? The receptionist didn't have an answer for me. We opened our letters and were mind blown with the reasoning for letting us go. If you would’ve asked me 3 years ago would I recommend this dentist I would have said yes without a doubt. Unfortunately today I would tell you to look somewhere else."
"Everyone has been nice, but getting my crowns put on has been a nightmare. With my temporary teeth, my teeth were touching (front two had work) and I didn't notice that same day because I was numb. And then thought I was just sore from work being done. When I called in I was told both dentists are vacationing at the same time and the best they could do is antibiotics and because of the trauma to my front right (the tooth that didn't need to be capped) I might lose my tooth! (I was never told these risks before and knew I was nervous. The on call doctor ended up coming in, showed me her jeans to let me know she's still on vacation and then sealed the top of my teeth which were exposed, and sanded down the back where it was touching. When she sealed the front of my teeth she cured it so fast it burned me. Fast forward... My new teeth are too long and bulky and not flush with my gums. Not only is the gap where my real teeth are exposed sensitive (again), but I was referred out and told it's because I need a root canal ( it's not because my teeth are left exposed?!?!?) BTW, this process was since the end of July, and it's September. The permanent crowns were temporarily cemented on Sept 1, so over a month of not being able to eat regular food. They are my front two teeth. Only one needed a crown, but I was convinced I would be happier if they matched. When I explained my concern with the teeth size, they said it's fine. They aren't even the same color as my real teeth and look obviously fake because of all of these things. My gums aren't flush with the teeth, they are much longer than my original tooth and crown tooth, color is so off.. and she says "I thought you wanted to witen your teeth" ... she advised me against that because I have sensitive teeth and had me buy their $20 tooth paste instead!!! I will be figuring out small claims if I can't get this settled. How can I trust this office to finish the work now?!"
"I am impressed with this place. My first visit they did a thorough exam of my teeth and even showed me areas of concern rather than having me blindly take their word for it. The cleaning went well and I had a recent filling which they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. All the staff there are incredibly friendly and make the whole process easier with their willingness to engage with the customers. I’m glad I found a nice place to go"
"Absolutely don’t recommend!!!! My mother has been going here for 30 years, our whole family goes here because of our mother, I myself have gone here my whole life . Out of the 30 years she’s been a client she’s missed one appointment! And that’s when they decided to no service her . Absolutely ridiculous. Life happens and we forget about things, let alone all appointments are pushed out months, you’re more than likely gonna forget once . They certainly don’t value their clients, let alone the ones that have been giving them business for over a decade. Shame on them, I would not recommend any living person to this place."
