"You always have to be carefully about tools bought here. Some are really cheaply made and lower quality. But sometimes you don’t need the highest quality. There are some good non-name brand tools that are sometimes as good as name brands. Their “Bauer” cordless brand is often as good or better, and always cost less. Sales promotional gimmicks abound at HFTools, so you just have to work with in that system. Can be good, can be bad. Be careful—there are some good oportunities, and some rip-offs to avoid."
"People are friendly there also they remember you when you come in there multiple weekends so that's nice the customer service is very personal there I would say very personal great prices on things great warranties on things been there twice this weekend already love them highly recommend for anybody and everybody looking for Home Improvement Auto or other needs"
