"Got called a week ago to set up delivery. Was told it would be a week, asked if I could pick it up was told no. Today, delivery day, I'm not on the schedule but I can pick it up all of a sudden, very poor customer service for a new buyer"

"This place sold me bed bugs They came and expected my house and found nothing beside on the head board they sold me. And still wanna act like its not them because they claim its brand new even tho the head board wasn't wrapped when the delivered it and it was all ready built. I'm getting ahold of a lawyer because the way the tried to disrespect me and tried to not even put any blame on them self. They literally laughed at me over the phone."

"It's Aaron's. Just another rent to own store. I was there last weekend and walked out without purchasing what I wanted because the employee was not familiar with any of the products or his job for that matter. I returned on Sunday to a completely different experience. It was quick and easy. I left with the living room set I originally came for in less that 30 minutes."

"This was my first time renting anything like this, unfortunately my washer died and I had to get a new one. All of the gentlemen at this location were friendly and worked with me through this difficult situation. The decision was very easy as they actually had the same exact set my fiance and I were "dreaming" of buying last year from lowes which was amazing! The downside was that I had to get the full set buy they were just twisting my arm on something I already really wanted. The pay off price with in the 4 months is very reasonable. All in all I would view this as a good experience and after I pay off the washer and dryer this year I plan to come back for a dining set, then a sectional!"

"Staff acted like it was an inconvience to help me. Had to walk around the store for a good 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me when I was ready to make a rental agreement. I was going to be purchasing a new couch and they said it would be the floor model I saw (which in my opinion was not in new condition). I asked for a new one to be ordered and both the GM and sales staff acted as if this was a big problem. I was told there was an order fee and was charged that on the spot. After I received my receipt I waited for more information and the sales staff ask why I was still standing there. I told them I needed my rental agreement, payment details, etc. They could not provide me with any rental agreements, payment information or anything important pertaining to my purchase. They said I could complete that with the delivery folks in a week or come back into the store - essentially all I had to show for my couch purchase was a $43 receipt. This did not seem professional or secure at all so I eventually asked for a refund and left the store. I will never be shopping at Aaron's again or recommend it to anyone."
